Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Team Lead - Financial Planning and Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance to the business, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies that support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
