Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of scalable machine learning products and credit risk policy within pre-approved campaigns and live digital journeys.

This will involve ensuring APIs operate smoothly at scale, identifying ways to simplify customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About Our Team

Our team operates in a fast-paced environment where new ideas are encouraged. This involves liaising with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education: Masters or undergraduate in Computer Science, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of industry experience, with at least 3-4 years in machine learning (ML)/MLOps or Business Rule Engine (BRE) implementation.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proven experience in end-to-end ML/MLOps system architecture, including model/BRE implementation.
    • Proficient in Python, PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, SQL, and Linux.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Databricks, Spark, Data Warehousing, and pipeline orchestration.
    • Skilled in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
    • Experience with FastAPI/Flask for building scalable ML models APIs.
  • Domain Knowledge: Exposure to credit risk modeling is highly beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management, strong project management and collaboration abilities.
