Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to support our success in designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for translating prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components. You will also develop and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases.

You will apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation. Additionally, you will integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio, and LangSmith
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
