Internal Audit Lead

The Internal Audit Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company's overall risk management and compliance posture. This individual oversees the full audit cycle, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and mentor a team of auditors to drive excellence in audit quality and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with senior management and regulators to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  4. Present findings to the Audit Committee and drive timely closure of audit issues.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred for enhanced credibility and expertise.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive results-oriented teams and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in regulatory liaison, audit reporting, and issue remediation to deliver value-added insights.
