Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on various matters, including contract management, compliance, and regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice to senior management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and all types of agreements to ensure legal protection for the company.
  • Manage and resolve legal disputes, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate business risks and protect the company's interests.
  • Manage internal legal processes, including overseeing intellectual property rights and regulatory investigations.
  • Support business initiatives with legal research, opinions, and due diligence.
  • Oversee legal audits and compliance checks to ensure the company's legal standing and minimize exposure to legal liabilities.
  • Provide legal training and guidance to employees on various legal topics.
  • Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal matters affecting the business.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong expertise in contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
