Job Title: Site Security Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead site security operations and ensure the safety and security of people, assets, and infrastructure. As a Site Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of security on the site, including asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee responsibility for safeguarding company assets, infrastructure, and information, as well as physical safety and security.
  • Lead investigations relating to Fire Safety incidents, accidents, and security issues.
  • Maintain relationships with local, state, and central law enforcement agencies.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives for better managed and controlled security.
  • Conduct and supervise periodic training on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS and security-related reports to respective stakeholders.
  • Ensure vendor invoices are processed timely and track payment to vendors.
  • Timely response to mail and occupant concern resolution and minute of meeting circulation.
  • Upkeep of CCTV cameras on a 24X7 basis.
  • Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

OHSW Responsibilities:

  • To ensure OHSW policy is understood by self and coworkers.
  • Participate in OHS wellbeing programs and adhere to occupational safety-related standards and procedures.
  • Participate while finalizing objectives, suggest initiatives based on safety suggestions and incident recommendations, achieve individual OHSW objectives.
  • To ensure safety management system, safety standards, SOPs, EGs, OHSW procedures are implemented and communicated to the team.
  • To ensure OHS objectives are understood and individual objectives are completed as per defined target dates.
  • To identify risks at work places, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees.
  • Actively participate in Employee Consultation Forum and other OHSW related meetings.
  • To ensure work is carried out as per Permit to Work standard and implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc.
  • To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan.
  • To ensure all OHSW related documents are maintained, tracked, and tracked as per assigned responsibility.
  • To conduct periodical Fire risk assessments and ensure implementation of controls as identified.

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Able to lead site teams to run Fire Safety and Security Operations smoothly.
  • Staff discipline and well-being.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48
