The position available is for a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. This role entails overall responsibility for developmental quality assurance functions across the organization, including design, development, and implementation of quality systems.

  • Developing and implementing robust stage gate systems to ensure right-first-time quality products are designed, commercially viable, and scalable.
  • Designing and conducting experiments with R&D and technology teams using DOE and hypothesis studies.
  • Developing protocols for experiments and processes, evaluating process performance, and studying robustness.
  • Leading key roles in technology transfer from R&D to pilot plants and site levels, sharing relevant documents, and ensuring QA technical transfers to sites.
  • Managing DQA & Kilo Lab budgets, including capex, opex, hiring, and retention of talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs, policies, standards, guidelines, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should hold an M.Sc or M.Pharma degree in Chemistry. A minimum of 16-24 years of experience in API/Intermediate/Fine chemical industries is required. Strong knowledge of fine chemicals and DQA is essential, along with good product development skills at the R&D stage.
