Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to oversee the development and execution of software testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Page Object Design Pattern, and other comparable technologies.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining complex automation test suites with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business requirements.
- Design and implement data-driven approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Strong experience in software testing, particularly in the area of automation testing.
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, and other comparable languages.
- Experience with cloud-based testing tools and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Docker.
