Job Title: Fiscal Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Fiscal Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain donor data management and student fees management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with auditors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
