Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with MySQL (SQL Server/Oracle a plus)">
  • Expertise in database monitoring and observability tools">
  • Deep understanding of query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning">
  • Experience with backup, recovery, replication, clustering, and failover strategies">
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, shell scripting, and automation tools">
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based databases such as AWS RDS, Aurora, Azure SQL, or GCP Cloud SQL">
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and healthcare data privacy regulations">
  • Prior exposure to healthcare or health-tech systems an advantage">
