**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive sales growth and optimize performance.

  • They will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
  • The Sales Growth Strategist will also interact with internal teams to understand best practices, support required, and other relevant information.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering results. They should be able to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Prepare various presentations for leadership related to growth and sales.

**Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering results.
