About the Role

  • As a Senior Tooling Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing tooling projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and planning departments.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Lead regular project review meetings to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive process improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tooling project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software and other relevant tools.
  • A sound understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
