We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at JLL. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Lease Administration Abstraction services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

  1. Abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation.
  2. Abstract information into various lease database systems.
  3. Work closely with internal parties to obtain appropriate lease documentation.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues within other Lease Administration teams to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Evaluate and resolve Document/Abstraction related queries.

Requirements

  • University Graduates with Lease Abstraction expertise and at least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data.
  • Ability to prioritize work within tight operational deadlines.
