We are seeking a highly skilled Chief AI Integration Specialist to lead the integration of Language Learning Models (LLMs) into our service offerings. Job Summary

As a Chief AI Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the integration of LLMs into our service portfolio, enabling us to deliver advanced language understanding and generation capabilities to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of AI-driven services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of LLMs into our service offerings, including pre-processing, fine-tuning, and optimization for specific client use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define client requirements, design service architecture, and implement solutions that leverage LLMs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for data collection, annotation, and training of LLMs using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
  • Conduct research and experimentation to explore the capabilities and limitations of LLMs in real-world service scenarios, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate LLM models and frameworks based on client needs, performance benchmarks, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • Apply deep learning techniques, including neural network architectures, regularization methods, and optimization algorithms, to enhance the performance and robustness of LLMs within our services.
  • Implement advanced natural language processing algorithms and techniques to address client-specific challenges such as language understanding, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLM and deep learning research, methodologies, and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within our service team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) working as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on natural language processing and LLM integration.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for machine learning and deep learning.
  • In-depth knowledge of LLM architectures, including Transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their applications in text generation, summarization, translation, etc.
  • Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques for LLMs within a service-oriented context.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and distributed computing frameworks for large-scale service deployment and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering innovative AI solutions to clients.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.

Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year
