Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team at The Golden Rise. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at multitasking and have a passion for streamlining the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring availability and timely communication.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates and answering queries.
  • Assist in posting job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Handle the collection and organization of candidate documents including resumes, cover letters, and application forms.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with HR to ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks are completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Generate and maintain reports on recruitment metrics providing insights to the recruitment and HR teams.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
