Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Leadership & Strategy professional to drive our company's growth and success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all Technical Services, Quality Control, and Product Development activities, ensuring compliance with international quality and industry standards (API, ISO, ASTM, etc.).
  • Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Quality Control & Assurance:

  • Oversight of quality systems across manufacturing units, guaranteeing compliance and sustainable improvement.
  • Evaluation and monitoring of testing protocols for steel pipes, coatings, welding, and NDT, ensuring their effectiveness.

New Product Development & Innovation:

  • Drive innovation in materials, processes, and product designs, meeting the needs of the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Lead R&D efforts for new products catering to Oil & Gas industry applications, exploring and developing hydrogen-compatible products.

Metallurgical Expertise:

  • Application of advanced metallurgical knowledge for troubleshooting, process optimization, and material selection, resolving technical issues related to steel properties, fabrication, and performance.

Client & Vendor Management:

  • Primary technical contact for key clients, providing timely resolution of technical queries and issues, collaborating with vendors for quality assurance, technical compliance, and process enhancements.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, industry, and customer-specific requirements, staying up-to-date with emerging standards, technologies, and best practices in the Oil & Gas and hydrogen energy sectors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
