  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive personal branding strategies for clients.
  • Lead a team of interns in executing activities effectively.
  • Review and approve content created by interns to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Train interns in best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics.
  • Monitor interactions across platforms and respond professionally and timely.
  • Analyze analytics to measure the success of strategies and present results to clients.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing profiles, creating content, and engaging with audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide a team to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media as a platform.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
