We are seeking an experienced Mechatronics Engineer to develop and execute Operational Technology (OT) systems.

  • System Development & Execution: Develop and deploy PLC, HMI, and SCADA software for industrial automation systems, utilizing Siemens platforms including TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500, WinCC, and SCADA.
  • Integration & Connectivity: Interface third-party automation components, work with protocols like PROFINET, PROFIBUS, TCP/IP, RS-232, and Modbus, and ensure cyber-secure network design for OT components within broader enterprise infrastructure.
  • Standardization & Improvement: Develop standardized OT code libraries and HMI templates for scalable reuse, maintain consistency in OT software across platforms, and propose improvements in development workflows and commissioning practices.
  • OT Data Management: Integrate OT data and control systems with IT platforms using Node-RED, OPC UA, and industrial gateways, developing dashboards and data flows for real-time monitoring and control.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in OT software development and industrial automation systems.
  • Proficiency in Siemens automation (S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal, WinCC) and industrial integration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Node-RED, MindSphere, OPC UA, and IIoT frameworks.
