Graphic Designer Role

Job Description:

This role is about developing compelling visual content to promote sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Communication & Branding: Create concepts and designs for print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign & Event Collateral: Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
  • Content & Storytelling: Transform research data and reports into visually engaging infographics and charts.
  • Digital & Social Media: Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
  • Photography & Videography: Capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  3. Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  4. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.
  5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
