Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging visual narratives, layouts, and artworks for various mediums.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling visual experiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns that deliver results.
  • Design and deliver high-quality visuals, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, styles, and techniques to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing expertise and best practices to drive growth and development.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, maintaining high creative standards and meeting expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to receive feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
