Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who can develop innovative designs and visual materials.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality multimedia deliverables, managing a small team of designers, and taking ownership of deliverables from inception to completion.

They should have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to work independently and within a team environment. Additionally, they must stay up-to-date with the latest graphics designing trends and suggest creative upgrades accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and engaging graphics for print and digital media.
  • Manage a small team of designers and provide guidance on design standards and best practices.
  • Review creative output from a visual perspective and ensure products meet visuals QA standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop different output types and maintain effective communication skills.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments to suggest creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in print-media design, package design, and label design.
  • Experience in motion graphics development and video production is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of user behaviors, especially for communication design.
