Job Title: Site Manex Manager

This role is responsible for leading the implementation of site-level business strategies and initiatives, focusing on performance governance, people management, focused improvement, and team meetings/communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Governance
    • Develop and drive the implementation of site-wide master plans for business growth and optimization.
    • Lead change management processes to ensure effective adoption of new strategies and practices.
    • Maintain alignment between all departments to achieve shared goals.
    • Support teams in implementing business excellence practices to meet broad objectives.
    • Coach managers to develop high-performing teams that drive results through business excellence practices.
  • People Management
    • Demonstrate leadership skills to develop team members against their role capabilities.
    • Ensure effective implementation of business excellence training & development programs by aligning site/line management.
    • Coordinate business excellence TOT and evaluation programs to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with company capability programs.
  • Focused Improvement
    • Provide expert loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
    • Participate in and lead as required improvement projects using business excellence methodologies.
    • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.
    • Engage with daily operational review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
    • Practice maturity assessments - Develop & implement a practice maturity improvement business excellence strategy for site and conduct regular assessments.
  • Team Meetings & Communications
    • Implement weekly/monthly/quarterly communications to drive engagement and momentum of business excellence journey.
    • Support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of business excellence through regular meetings and communication of activities.
    • Define and establish site leadership team's schedule to support and lead deployment of business excellence.
