Job Description

As a key member of our credit team, you will be responsible for leading a small group of highly skilled analysts in underwriting deals for the US market. You will work closely with the Credit Committee in New York to ensure seamless functioning of the credit function.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality of credit analysis, training and mentoring the team to adhere to underwriting quality metrics, overseeing daily underwriting pipeline and queues, and serving as the first point of contact for escalated or complex underwriting scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field, with additional qualifications such as US CFA Level 2+ or FRM Level 2. Experience in credit analysis, especially in the real estate industry, is also required.

  • PG/Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
