
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach
- Collaborate with sales teams for seamless support throughout the sales process
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and generate reports
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to CRM process development and implementation
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in customer service or CRM roles, preferably in real estate or housing industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
- Analytical mindset and ability to analyze customer data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours required.
