Visual Creative

Develop innovative visual solutions to drive business outcomes. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that bring brands to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization & Design: Translate briefs into powerful visuals, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design with strategic objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Adaptation & Production: Create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs (brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
