Pricing Strategies and Business Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pricing Manager to drive business growth and profitability through the development and implementation of global pricing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Create and optimize pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness and profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, IT, finance, and commercial teams to align pricing with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze customer and competitor data to provide insightful pricing recommendations.
  • Pricing Data Management: Manage and streamline pricing data within our ERP systems.
  • Process Improvement: Lead projects aimed at improving pricing processes and systems, driving efficiency and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or pricing strategy roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Skills: Proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global pricing models, pricing theory, and competitive analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in B2B or industrial markets highly desirable.
