Job Title: AML Techno Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 production support for Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) Anti-Money Laundering (AML) applications.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor batches, jobs, and interfaces; perform environment validations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using Structured Query Language (SQL)/Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Collaborate with Level 1, Level 3, and business teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support deployments, Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, and compliance processes to maintain regulatory adherence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in application support, preferably in the banking/AML domain.
  • Hands-on experience supporting FCRM/Actimize application.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL/PL/SQL, Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools, such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Knowledge of banking compliance regulations, including AML/KYC/Sanctions.
  • Willingness to work in US shift support to cater to global market demands.
