Service Engineer - Oracle Product Lifecycle Management

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to manage our Oracle Product Lifecycle Management module.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
  • A solid understanding of product lifecycle management principles and their applications
  • Proficiency in configuring Oracle PDH application components, including API integration and testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of custom reports development using Oracle tools, as well as Agile data migration techniques

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing first-level support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH)
  • Performing API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components
  • Delivering post-production support and hypercare services
  • Creating custom reports using Oracle tools
  • Conducting root cause analysis on recurring issues
  • Executing quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing
