Expert Workplace Designer

We are seeking a visionary designer to join our team at Zyeta.

About the Role
  • Create innovative space plans and conceptual designs integrating comprehensive planning, thoughtful color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Craft compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and articulate presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Analyze client workspace requirements, develop actionable plans, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional client experience.
  • Conceptual Design: Formulate creative design proposals integrating space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and sustainable materials.
  • Space Planning and Layout: Devise efficient space plans accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client's cultural ethos.
  • Material Selection and Specification: Curate materials, finishes, and furnishings aligning with envisioned aesthetic while meeting functional criteria.
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site visits, assessments, and regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / interior design or a related field.
  • Experience in leading client pitches.
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience working on workplace design projects & managing a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
