Job Opportunity for Data Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a data management specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying securities and performing pricing along with static data management. They will also be required to respond to requests through various channels in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the process to ensure accuracy and completeness of available data
  • Gather insights into core processes to better comprehend/identify potential process efficiencies
  • Develop documentation to enhance understanding of business procedures and create training plans
  • Provide training to new colleagues
  • Assist in quality control analysis when needed
  • Contribute to overall team progress via huddles, suggestions, and development initiatives
  • Plan and organize personal work and keep managers informed of status and activities
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Serve as the first point of contact for subject matter questions
  • Deliver training and guidance to new team members and assist managers in implementing their development plans; may perform additional tasks as required
  • Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support the implementation of changes
  • Prioritize tasks based on defined criticalities and adherence to all control parameters
  • Identify areas of concern within the team and implement improvements
  • Establish consistent best practices and monitor standards

Required qualifications include graduates or post-graduates with 2-4 years of experience in data management, vendor data, securities knowledge, and pricing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.
