Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Director to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works at project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP project management with recent experience in Data Centers, Hi-Tech Buildings, and R&D Centres.

About the Role

  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works at project sites ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to meet project objectives.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide support to project teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP project management with hands-on experience in Data Centers, Hi-Tech Buildings, and R&D Centres.
  • Strong knowledge of design coordination, installation, testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
