Job Title: MEP Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager with a strong background in industrial and high-tech projects to lead and oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a semiconductor manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors, and ensuring compliance with international codes/standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all MEP activities (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping) for the semiconductor project.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
