Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Well Engineering Professional to provide wells engineering support across the global upstream oil and gas industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, with experience in well design, pre-execution planning, and writing procedures for Drilling Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing engineering support in drilling and borehole management areas to global wells teams
  • Engaging in offset well analysis to assist with well design criteria and providing recommendations to business units
  • Monitoring data, identifying trends, and providing insights and recommendations to decision makers

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in petroleum, mechanical, chemical, civil, or electrical engineering, with a minimum GPA of 7.5 and above. 3-10 years of work experience in the upstream oil and gas industry is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with programming languages such as Python and MATLAB, as well as knowledge of one or more basic wells engineering concepts.
