Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

The purpose of this role is to ensure seamless execution of membership compliance activities and support the team in achieving a zero-error work environment.

  • This involves verifying and processing applications for change in director details, screening all applications related to change in director details, SHP/DPG, directors, and transfer of membership, updating records, maintaining control sheets, and following up with members via email and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Change in Director's Details:

  • Verify and process applications for change in director details as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Screen all applications related to change in director details, SHP/DPG, directors, and transfer of membership.
  • Update records, maintain control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.

2. Change in Shareholding/DPG Pattern/Change in Constitution/Re-constitution of Partnership Firm:

  • Verify and process shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm as per norms.
  • Keep records updated, maintain control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.

3. Change in Name of Member Entity and Change in Member Office Address:

  • Verify and process applications as per norms, update SEBI Portal, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process applications without errors within the prescribed TAT, update member names and addresses in the CRM database, and notify other departments.

4. Closure of Alerts in Trackwizz Application, Maintaining Monthly Database, and MIS/Collation of Data for SEBI/Internal Department:

  • Maintain a monthly database and collate data for SEBI/internal department.
