Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced operations leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.

This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions. Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Lead regional operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects
  2. Own Customer experience throughout the customer journey
  3. Own project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
  4. Build and manage teams, including senior managers, project managers, and site supervisors
  5. Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution
  6. Create, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity
  7. Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization, and customer success initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 8–12 years of experience in operations, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors
  2. Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks
  3. Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Hands-on approach with an ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
  5. Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred)
  2. MBA or relevant management certification is a plus
