Job Title: Customer Service Expert
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Expert. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The Customer Service Expert will be responsible for managing escalated customer queries and complaints. This involves liaising with garage partners to provide solutions and ensuring that customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolving escalated customer queries/complaints
- Liaising with garage partners to agree on a solution and monitoring complaint progress
- Aiming to resolve complaints as quickly as possible within agreed SLAs
- Monitoring trends in complaints and suggesting process improvements
- Assisting the customer service team in handling general customer inquiries
- Accessing and managing active and closed complaints
- Serving as the first point of contact for customer escalations
- Tracking and reporting complaint trends
- Creating action plans to reduce complaints
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in handling customer complaints and excellent time-management skills. You will be confident in your ability to provide solutions and escalate when required. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as well as demonstrable motor vehicle technical knowledge (preferable).
