Customer Experience Champion

Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Champion, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining long-term relationships with our valued customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional service satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams and handling client interactions with professionalism and tact.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone or email, providing timely updates and resolutions to issues.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive support for account setup, documentation, and order processing, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage escalations and communicate proactively with customers to address their concerns.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and offering guidance on our services, fostering strong relationships from the outset.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems for future reference.

 

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
