Job Opportunity: Shift Operations Manager

The Shift Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing and managing shift operations to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient workflow. This position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the shift team to ensure efficient execution of daily operations;">
  • Monitor operational processes and workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations;">
  • Serve as the point of contact for all operational issues during the assigned shift;">
  • Prepare daily shift reports, logbooks, and incident reports;">
  • Coordinate handover between shifts to ensure continuity and proper communication;">
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate unresolved issues to the management;">
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of junior shift staff;">
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures;">
  • Troubleshoot equipment or system failures and liaise with the maintenance team when required;">
  • Maintain records of shift activities and contribute to performance analysis and process improvement.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field;">
  • At least 35 years of experience in an operations or shift-based supervisory role;">
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills;">
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities;">
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays;">
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with operational software tools.">
