As a seasoned professional, you will thrive on opening doors to new opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision makers. Your role will involve concept selling, brand storytelling, and creating trust in high-level conversations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network in marketing and brand circles, excellent communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to sell ideas rather than pre-packaged services. They must be confident, resilient, and driven by a desire for growth.

Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients across various sectors, diagnosing problems, and framing our agency as the right solution partner. You will also craft compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable outcomes and anchor pitches with our strategy and creative teams.

Ownership of the pipeline and quarterly acquisition targets is central to this role. You will track competitor moves and industry trends, feeding insights back into the leadership team. A good understanding of business development principles and a proven track record of success in acquiring new logos are essential.

In the first ninety days, success will look like building a target list of prospects, setting up discovery conversations, sharpening the pitch with leadership, and converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects. By the end of the first quarter, you should be consistently opening high-quality conversations with CXO-level prospects and delivering on agreed revenue targets.
