Cloud Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to work on AWS, Kubernetes Orchestration and EKS.

  • Main responsibilities include designing, implementing and maintaining highly available, scalable AWS infrastructure and services within a managed service environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Linux environment, scripting languages, CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Harness or ArgoCD, and Application Performance Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Instana, Grafana, Splunk, PagerDuty, Pingdom and Cloud Watch.
  • A good understanding of Cloud Operations Process, Agile Release Processes, and L2/L3 Ticketing process is also required.

Additionally, we require:

  • Managing deployments in QA/Stage/Production environments
  • Building, deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters through automation
  • Instituting infrastructure as code, security and process automation
  • Security and Vulnerability Patching
  • Creating and delivering knowledge-sharing presentations and documentation
  • Learning on the job and exploring new technologies with little supervision
  • Participating in and leading war-room/critical outage calls
  • Cross located Team Management to create a self-managed team
  • Customer Management for daily calls to discuss progress/updates
  • Delivery Management to ensure well-defined SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
  • Quality Management to contribute to quality processes
