As a senior DevOps engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's infrastructure strategy. We are seeking an expert who can design and implement highly scalable architectures to support our growing business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline to ensure seamless deployment of applications across various environments.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive monitoring system to provide real-time insights into application performance and server health.
  • Ensure 24/7 uptime and zero downtime operations by building a highly available platform.
  • Implement a disaster recovery strategy with a RTO of one hour to minimize data loss and downtime.
  • Enforce enterprise-grade security compliance by implementing role-based access controls (RBAC) and enforcing data encryption standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with enterprise standards and provide technical leadership to DevOps and platform engineers.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
  • Proven expertise with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for HA, DR, and backup solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and Okta.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, architecture design skills, and stakeholder management skills.
