We are seeking a seasoned fraud investigator with exceptional analytical skills to join our investigations team in Bengaluru.

About the Role

This position will report to the Escalations Manager and is responsible for driving high-accuracy goals with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Investigate customer behavior and transactions on Amazon accounts using individual problem-solving and analytical skills.
  2. Effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to resolve issues and enhance processes.
  3. Take ownership of functional issues and provide high-quality solutions, championing proactive improvements.
  4. Manage relationships with business teams to deliver detailed write-ups for executive leadership and initiate research on root causes and process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or equivalent experience in risk management and fraud investigations.
  • Current experience in investigations processes and policies, with knowledge of buyer risk investigation process mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in responding to deadlines.
  • Self-management and prioritization of tasks and objectives.
  • Relationship building and collaboration with members of other business teams.
  • Research skills to determine root causes of complex issues.
  • Experience in e-commerce and online companies in fraud/risk control functions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime hours as per business requirement.
  • Interaction with senior and corporate leadership.
  • Use of data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in multiple international languages.
