Role: Lead Interior Designer

In this leadership role, you will spearhead the development of client-centric solutions that push the boundaries of interior design.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Experience: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design Quality: Oversee the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, guaranteeing exceptional results for our clients.
  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring seamless delivery of residential projects.

As a seasoned interior designer, you will leverage your expertise in design tools such as PowerPoint and AutoCAD to develop conceptual designs, technical designs, and modular designs. You will possess a deep understanding of civil works and services specifications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.
