Experienced Interior Designer Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our interior design team. As the key figure in our design division, you will be responsible for creating innovative interior design solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements and provide customized solutions tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • To oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • To analyze project data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize design processes.
  • To maintain effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in interior designing or architecture, preferably with a degree from a reputable institution.
  • Site experience is essential, with the ability to execute designs with minimal issues.
  • Experience in residential projects is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Google Sketchup software is required.
