Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI systems that meet business objectives and performance requirements.
  • Evaluate and integrate leading Large Language Model (LLM) APIs to drive innovation.
  • Establish best practices for model selection, prompt engineering, and AI system optimization.
  • Fine-tune open-source models for specific business use cases.
  • Develop and deploy custom training pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production environments.
  • Stay current with the latest model architectures and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Deploy and manage AI models at scale using containerization and orchestration.
  • Build robust, scalable APIs using FastAPI and similar frameworks.
  • Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous deployment.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of AI systems in production.
Business & Technical Leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and technical due diligence for AI initiatives.
  • Create technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI systems.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
  • Skills in programming languages such as Python.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
