Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project manager with a minimum of 14 to 17 years of experience in managing projects from conception to completion.

  • Manage a team of up to 20 engineers and supervisors, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Oversee the execution of various projects, including retail showrooms, hotels, and commercial interiors.
  • Inspect and verify all interior fit out, finishes, FF&E, loose furniture, and drawings against specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify defects, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the VP Engineering on project progress, highlighting any deviations or variances.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs, expenses, and milestones.
