Quality Assurance Expert

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a quality-driven environment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete QA responsibilities as defined by the QA manager to ensure that our deliverables are accurate and meet customer expectations.
  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems and collaborate with production teams to achieve better results.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Investigate product quality issues and make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure that we're moving with the trend, and maintain proper documentation and tracking of issues.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

This position offers the freedom to act on the following:

  • Deciding with QA Manager/Project Manager if the final output should or should not be delivered to the customer.
  • Improving existing QA practices and guidelines.
  • Defining new processes and guidelines for QA.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ year experience in the promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
