Are you an innovative problem solver seeking a challenging role in the field of embedded systems engineering?

This position involves leading the development of DFT architectures for complex SoCs, ensuring seamless integration with various design teams. Your expertise in scan insertion and verification, ATPG, MBIST, and JTAG/boundary scan will be pivotal in driving this effort.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive DFT architecture definition and implementation for complex SoCs.
  • Collaborate with EDA vendors to evaluate, deploy, and optimize DFT tool flows.
  • Develop and debug scripting solutions using Python, Perl, and TCL for automation of DFT flows.
  • Support test vector generation and validation for ATE.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong expertise in DFT architectures and methodologies, including but not limited to: Scan Insertion & Verification, ATPG, MBIST, JTAG / Boundary Scan.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard DFT tools and methodologies from Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics (Siemens EDA).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with RTL designers, verification engineers, and physical design teams to ensure seamless DFT integration.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of low-power DFT techniques (power-aware ATPG, retention flops, etc.).
