    We are seeking a skilled and motivated ice cream confectioner to join our team. As an ice cream confectioner, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, cakes, cookies, gelato, and ice cream products.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    1. Preparing ingredients and following recipes to ensure consistency and quality.

    2. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

    3. Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.

    4. Assisting in the presentation and plating of desserts to ensure they meet our establishment's standards.

    5. Conducting taste tests and making necessary adjustments to recipes as directed by senior staff.

  • Qualifications

    Candidates should possess:

    • Previous experience or formal training in pastry or culinary arts is preferred but not required.

    • A basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ice cream production.

    • The ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.

    • A strong attention to detail and a passion for pastry and dessert creation.

    • Good organizational and time management skills.
