Fuel System Engineer

Job Title: Fuel System Engineer (XHEV Domain)

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design, development, and integration of fuel system components in hybrid/electric vehicle programs.

  • Design, develop, and validate fuel system components (pipes, tanks, pumps, valves, etc.) with utmost precision.
  • Collaborate closely with CAD Engineers, Lead Engineers, SMEs, and suppliers for seamless design releases and issue resolution.
  • Ensure optimal vehicle installation feasibility and compliance with powertrain functionality.
  • Effectively manage suppliers for timely delivery, quality compliance, and technical support.
  • Work seamlessly with PCDS, eAPQP, and EBER systems for robust program delivery.
  • Utilize 3DX tools for efficient design, validation, and release.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive technical documents/reports to stakeholders.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensure all designs are based on factual data-driven decisions.
  • Skill Utilization: Maximize the skills of team members effectively.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
